HH Recovery Guide

Welcome To The HH Recovery Guide

The inner circle of HH Recovery designed specifically for customers, use it and feel the difference.
Recover faster. Rebuild stronger. Perform at your peak.

Tip 01 — Use your massage gun before AND after training
Most people only use percussion therapy after a session. Using it for 30–60 seconds per muscle group before training increases blood flow and reduces injury risk. After training, spend 60–90 seconds on each sore spot to break up lactic acid and speed recovery.

Tip 02 — Soreness peaks at 48 hours — plan around it
DOMS (delayed onset muscle soreness) hits hardest 24–48 hours after training, not immediately after. Use your recovery tools the evening of your session AND the morning after to stay ahead of the soreness curve before it peaks.

Tip 03 — Our 3-2-1 recovery protocol
3 minutes on our foam roller (large muscle groups — quads, hamstrings, back). 2 minutes with the HH Pulse massage gun (targeted problem areas). 1 minute of light stretching while muscles are warm. Do this within 30 minutes of finishing training for best results.

Tip 04 — Compression boots — use them the night before a big session
Most people use compression boots after training. The smart move is the night before a race, game, or heavy session. Sequential compression flushes waste products and increases circulation so you wake up with fresher legs than your competition.

Tip 05 — Sleep is your most powerful recovery tool
No tool replaces sleep. Human growth hormone — your body's primary repair mechanism — is released almost entirely during deep sleep. Target 7–9 hours. Use your recovery tools to reduce soreness that disrupts sleep, not as a replacement for it.

Combine these tips to Recover, Rebuild and Perform at your peak.

Thanks, The HH Team.
